HOW TO PREPARE YOUR SEA MOSS
Raw sea moss is simple to prepare at home.
1. RINSE
Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove natural sea salt, sand and ocean residue.
2. SOAK
Place in fresh water and allow the sea moss to soften and expand. Lemon or lime may be added if desired.
3. BLEND
Blend the softened sea moss with fresh water until smooth, then refrigerate your finished gel in a clean, covered container.
